Ron Storm began his journey at Hillview Acres when he and his wife Linda were hired as houseparents on June 1, 1980. After two years serving Hillview’s children in that role, Ron became a Social Worker while completing his Master’s of Science degree in Marriage, Child and Family Counseling from California State University at Fullerton. In 2000, Ron assumed the role of CEO and has been serving in that capacity ever since. With more than 25 years of experience at Hillview Acres, Ron has developed a special understanding of issues relating to Residential Childcare. He has shared his expertise through speaking and presenting workshops throughout the country. After many years of service to Hillview’s children, Faith now recruits and hires new staff to carry on the organization’s high standard of childcare. She often travels to college campuses around the country, seeking these new faces. Originally from Missouri, Faith came to Hillview in 1997 to serve as a Residential Counselor. After living with and caring for the children in that capacity, her role changed to Day Program Staff where she planned fun and new experiences for children who were “off track.” In addition, she has been a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist working as a one-on-one behavior coach. Faith resides in Orange. She firmly believes, “It takes many hands to mend the broken hearts that come through our doors.”
